Beer belly be gone!

Can you drink beer without developing a belly? I really don’t think so. But this new article claims you can, and mentions a few decent beers with low calories and carbs.

I’ve been drinking light beer for years and have never been able to shed this flat tire around my washboard abs. Actually, Miller Lite and Michelob Ultra are lower in both numbers than some of the beers they suggest. So whatever. You can’t have your beer and be a size 2 too. Am I willing to sacrifice my beer bliss to fit into a pair of skinny jeans? Hell no.

it’s not the calories or carbs in the beer, but the amount of beer. even with the lite stuff, i usually end up drinking around 12, which wipes out the work did in the gym.

new drink strategy: have one nice tall stout with dinner, then follow with a bourbon rocks.

Yeah, I guess you’re right. When you drink 12 Miller Lites over a night … it still adds up. I may have to start utilizing the Sidecar more often during these cold winter months.
