Spike the Nog!

My reader Michael Long over at Sullivan University alerted me to this recent study on eggnog. Since the popular holiday drink uses raw eggs, is it safe to drink? Or does the alcohol you add to it kill most of the germs? What about virgin nog?

Check out this video on scientific evidence that proves alcohol rules. Perhaps we should start adding it to potato salad, cole slaw and cookie dough.

    why not? we already add alcohol to coffee, candy, yams, barbecue sauce…i mean, this calls for a bar belle spirits cookbook.
