• Kentucky finally isn’t the laughing stock of the country — that honor goes to North Carolina! Come on, NC, I would have expected that out of West Virginia, but you?? With the beautiful mountains and Asheville? I bet the hippies in Asheville are shaking their Birkenstocks at the government!
